We have 14 cabins for hire that we have manufactured at our Napier based workshop. They are all one size and are great for a teenager sleep-out, a home office, a hobby room or run your small home based business from within, keeping it separate from your family home. Our cabins tend to be popular with our clients so availability can be limited at times. Dont hesitate to contact us to check availability for your cabin.
Measurements
Having one of our cabins at your site will require a minimum area of 4.0 meters x 3.4 meters to ensure we can fit it in comfortably. Cabin external measurements are 3.8 meters x 3.2 which includes the roof overhang and steps.
External walls are 3.6 meters x 2.4 meters. Typical height of cabin on the ground is 3.2 meters high overall. Cabin internal measurements are 3.4 meters x 2.2 meters between the walls and internal heights are 2.4 meters high at the front sloping to 2.1 meters high at the back.
House Standards
Each cabin has been built similar to house standards with:
Solid H3 framed subfloors.
Floor insulation is 40mm composite Goldfoam XPS sandwiched between sheets of plywood.
Walls are 90mm x 45mm framing with high R rated insulation, as is the ceiling between the rafters.
Solid wall and ceiling panelling is painted in Black/White colour to compliment any decor you choose.

Lighting & Power
An outside LED light creates a ring of light to help make your way
safely to and from your cabin in the dark. Internal lighting is supplied by two recessed LED downlights that provide ample light
to the cabin.
All cabins have electrical code of compliance certificates and come with electric leads for power supply and come with 15 meter 16 amp electric leads for power supply.
Connections can be by either caravan plug or an adapter to a common 3 pin plug.
